    Schedule of Facility Use Rates Effective January 1, 2026


    Facility Personal/Non-profit Rate:

    Woodlot Indoor Playground $40/hr

    Classroom $10/hr

    Seminar Room $10/hr

    Gym with change rooms $40/hr

    Student Centre with Patio $40/hr

    Kitchen and Dining Room $50/hr

    Dining Room $10/hr

    The Hub with Patio $40/hr

    Auditorium *See conditions below $40/hr

    Lower Playing Field $20/hr

    West Playing Field $10/hr

    Parking Lot $10/hr

    Parking lot w Washroom Access $15/hr


    Commercial/For-Profit Rate:

    Woodlot Indoor Playground $100/hr

    Classroom $25/hr

    Seminar Room $25/hr

    Gym with change rooms $100/hr

    Student Centre with Patio $100/hr

    Kitchen and Dining Room $125/hr

    Dining Room $25/hr

    The Hub with Patio $100/hr

    Auditorium *See conditions below $125/hr

    Lower Playing Field $50/hr

    West Playing Field $25/hr

    Parking Lot Subject to negotiation

    Parking lot with washroom access -subject to negotiation


    Please note that additional fees are applicable as follows:


    • Each permit application must be accompanied by a non-refundable permit fee of $25.00, which will be credited against the fee applicable for facility use.
    • A custodian is required to be on site for all permitted use with indoor access. Any permitted use outside of normal custodial hours will incur an additional charge of $25/hr.
    • Any additional cleaning required as a result of a permitted use will be charged at the rate of $25/hr.
    • Auditorium and Student Centre sound and lighting are available at the rate of $20/hr and if necessary, may only be operated by an authorized TBC audio/visual technician, at an additional rate of $30/hr. (minimum $90).
    • Use of other seminar room or classroom projectors/screens/monitors/sound is available at the rate of $10/hr/room.
    • Any damage to the facilities or equipment will be charged at cost to repair/replace.
    • A subsidy may be available to reduce personal/non-profit rates where these fees present a financial hardship.

  • Before You Apply

    We have a variety of spaces to rent. When you have selected the space you are interested in, please continue with the following steps:


    • Decide your hours - When applying for any rental space please keep in mind that your set-up and clean-up time must be included in the requested time slot. Early access to the facility space outside of your rental time slot is not permitted. All Saturday rentals require the mandatory custodian fee of $25 per hour.
    • Check Availability - We invite you to reach out to our Facilities Manager, Amanda, via phone at (519) 658-9001 or via email at facilities@templebaptistchurch.ca before applying to see if your dates are available and to ask any questions.
    • Apply Online - Fill out the online application form, which you can find at the bottom of our facilities page. Each permit application requires a minimum $25 non-refundable fee which will be applied to your rental fees. It does not hold a booking date.
    • Pay - All fees are to be paid within 7 days of being invoiced.
